From the start of her career, Aylen has been interested in turning technical data collection into a holistic understanding of user journeys. It's harder than it sounds. Anyone can collect data but collecting the right data, in the right structure, in order to answer the right questions is a discipline of its own. This is exactly the discipline that brought Aylen to Adaptive & Co.
As a Solutions Architect on the Analytics & Strategy team, Aylen designs robust measurement frameworks. It’s her job to ensure that each tracking point is purposeful, precise, and perfectly aligned with the client's long-term business goals.
That last part matters. A tracking plan built for its own sake produces noise. A tracking plan built around business goals produces answers and that’s the type of tracking plan that Aylen is interested in building.
Aylen spends her working days transforming business questions into tracking that's built to answer them. She designs measurement frameworks from the ground up, mapping out what needs to be tracked, why, and how it ties back to a client's long-term goals. Alongside new builds, she regularly works through inherited analytics estates, the duplicate tags, orphaned events, and naming conventions left behind by multiple different teams, untangling the clutter into something clean and purposeful.
She spends real time thinking about structure including how events, parameters, and naming conventions should be organized. This way of working ensures that the setup is not just functional on day one, it stays usable as the client's needs grow. When something breaks in GA4 or GTM, she's will move across the architecture to find where it went wrong.
What Aylen loves about her field is the shift toward capturing a truly holistic view of user journeys. The industry is moving past isolated metrics toward connected pictures of how people actually experience a brand, and she loves turning raw numbers into a reliable data foundation that empowers companies to make smarter, data-led decisions.
Her favorite thing about the job is the craftsmanship of it: designing robust tracking frameworks from scratch, and knowing that the reliable data foundations she builds genuinely help clients gain clarity and confidently drive their business forward. There's a particular satisfaction in building something correctly from the ground up, and she gets to do it on every engagement.
Aylen's believes that the future will be about building even cleaner, more purposeful, and more scalable data frameworks.
She believes that as the digital landscape evolves, a precise and reliable data foundation will become non-negotiable for any brand that wants to truly understand its users and stay competitive.
